I've come to the conclusion that there never going to consolidate. I wish they'd just renovate and move on, they wont fix the problem so at least make it better than what it is.

I think it is two things. One I don't believe they have the money to renovate or consolidate. Unfortunately, they have never prepared for either haven't budgetted for the schools properly, and/or they are more worried about their jobs because they know they will lose them when everyone in Wise County's taxes go up to pay for either or it.
